Job Description

Hadleigh Glass have been in business for over 20 years, transforming homes in Suffolk and Essex, so you can be assured of great service from a trusted team. They are manufacturers and installers of Aluminium windows and doors.

Responsibilities

The role is based in Hadleigh (Suffolk) at our Head Office. The company aspires to deliver exceptional service to all customers and our Office Team are an integral part of this customer-focused culture.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is well organised, confident and able to communicate in a clear and professional manner.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Answering customer calls, taking messages and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Using Sage and our CRM system to process supplier invoices and complete data entry
  • General Office administration including filing, warranties and reconciling statements
  • Assisting all Office Departments with all duties as required

The role sits within our Business and Finance Department and the Line Manager would be either our Accountant or Administration Manager.

Future Prospects

Progression in terms of remuneration and responsibility within a growing local business to further your career in business administration to a management level or potentially moving around our business into other sectors, such as Service Department, Finance or Installations.

Reality Check

Extensive use of computers and our company phone system although full training is provided with both. Access to reliable transport is desired for daily travel to work.
