Job Description

An opportunity has arisen with Asset Management Services (Uk) Limited. A receptionist is required to cover duties such as telephone calls, assisting customers, general office administration etc.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Answering telephone
  • Helping with customer queries
  • Taking payments
  • Handling all post
  • Assisting Sales - setting up sales & projects, telephone calls to buyers
  • Assisting Office Manager - putting invoices on system, letter writing, stationery orders and other general admin
