Job Description

This is a great opportunity where you will contribute proactively and positively to successful overall performance of the finance function and the organisation as a whole. The Management Accounts team are responsible for the provision of financial services for the Institute and financial advice to the Management Team.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To support the team in the production of month end accounts
  • To support the team in the production of directorate budget reporting packs
  • Post invoices and credit notes to the ledger
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Producing documents and reports on behalf of members of the team
  • To contribute/help implement improvements and changes to financial reporting processes and tools

Accounts Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship

  • Functional Skills maths Level 1 (if required)
