Job Description

Unique opportunity for an talented individual with an interest in numbers in the London area, to begin or continue their career as an Accounts Assistant apprentice for a leading international localisation company, offering foreign-language versioning services such as voice-over, dubbing, subtitling and translation.


We are looking for an Accounts
Assistant Apprentice to support our finance and production teams with the data
entry and other admin-related tasks for the full billing cycle and reporting
(revenues and costs).

The ideal candidate will report to the Production Accountant and will ensure all requests are carried out promptly, securely and accurately.Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
Setting up projects in company PMS.
Sending PO’s out to suppliers and confirming costs.
Entering project data to generate client quotes, invoices and raise supplier PO’s for matching against invoice and payment.
Checking specific deliverables received from suppliers (AOR contract) as part of the payment authorisation process.
Working with both production and finance teams to ensure project data is accurate and entered on a timely basis in line with reporting deadlines.
Supporting with invoicing only projects from the sales team.
Raising sales orders and ensuring the details are accurate and in line with the client PO.
Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team as and when required.

Qualities Required

  • Bilingual or an interest in languages

Qualifications Required

Minimum of five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and maths
