We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to work in our fast-growing London team. If you would like to join a modern, forward-thinking practice with interesting clients, flexible working and a vibrant office atmosphere, then get in touch!

Responsibilities

Duties to include:

  • Communicating with clients by email, phone and online chat
  • Organising your workload and helping the workload of others to meet deadlines
  • Preparing payroll, VAT returns and bookkeeping (recording of financial transactions) for clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
  • Assisting with yearend accounts preparations
  • Assisting with business projects

Future Prospects

After your Accounting apprenticeship progress into a full-time role as Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Tax Consultant or Audit Assistant. You can also complete the ACCA qualification into Chartered Accountancy.

Qualifications Required

  • Five GCSE or equivalent at grades C - A*/4 - 9 or equivalent, including English and maths
  • B/6 at GCSE or equivalent in maths
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)

Training Provided

  • Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT3) apprenticeship and Functional Skills if required
