You’ll become part of a team that is responsible for designing and building vital roads, bridges and tunnels used every day by thousands of people in the local community.
Not only will we provide you with practical learning, we’ll also support your development and enrol you on our fully funded degree apprentice programme – meaning by the end of the course you’ll receive a degree without any of the costs! You’ll attend four block weeks at university per year and then spend the rest of the year gaining practical experience with our industry leading teams.
You could go on to be a chartered Civil Engineer, Design Engineering, Design Management or Project Management.

We look for someone with a passion for the built environment and encompasses our values of being: collaborative, trusted and focused.
- UCAS Tariff: 96 points
- 96 Points including at least two subjects at GCE/VCE A Level or VCE double award equivalent OR a Level 3 BTEC in a Construction/Engineering related subject
- GCSEs in at least four subjects grade C/4 or above including English and maths. We ask for GCSE maths at grade B or grade 5 and above
Degree level Civil Engineer standard.
