Job Description

You will be providing advice to a wide range of small businesses that we support. The job role will be to field incoming calls and requests deal with them where possible or escalate onto relevant engineers. There will also be other tasks required to help maintain our customers systems such as check monitoring systems and backup/DR procedures.

Skills Required

  • Good telephone / communication skills
  • You should be technology-minded and have interest in the IT
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • A basic understanding of Windows based operating systems

Qualities Required

  • Driving license are desirable. The company is located at a remote industrial estate with minimal public transport. However, Winchester and Bishop Waltham have bus routes.

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE Maths & English 4, C or above

Training Provided

  • Training to be provided: Level 3 Information Communication Technician.
